Tangelia L. Stephens is a Five five-star professional Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach, and founder of South Florida Fitness. With her studies in Pre-Med Biology and Exercise Physiology, Tangelia has become a nationally certified Professional Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience. Pre-Med Biology and Exercise Physiology study Tangy's motto, "Good health is life's true wealth," is a testament to her dedication to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. She has created many initiatives promoting health and wellness in diverse communities. She has never wavered in her commitment to personalized fitness, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to her company’s mission and to each client to deliver results.

We believe keeping accurate weight and body measurements and body fat analysis is a real and true way of measuring your progress. Numbers do not lie! Most services we offer will begin with a 9 point tried and true Body fat testing (recommended every 6-8 weeks)

CARDIOVASCULAR partnership

Why work harder when all you need is to work smarter? Knowing what exercise heart rate zone and how long you should be there is critical in getting the results you want.  We will do an in-depth evaluation to assess your present cardio exercises and design a safe yet challenging cardiovascular exercise plan to get you to your desired goal
